Good kit, fast shipping
I ordered the DIY Lash Extension Kit a few weeks ago and it got here pretty quick, took about 4 days to reach Phoenix. Everything was in the box and the instructions were easy to follow. My lashes looked good after I put them on, lasted a whole week too.
Decent products, slow support
I bought the Individual Lash Clusters and a Precision Applicator. The clusters are nice quality, very light, and the applicator made putting them on much easier than just using tweezers. My main gripe was with customer service. I had a question about one of the bond types before I ordered and it took them almost three days to get back to me. The shipping was okay, about 6 days to get to my place in Ohio. The prices are competitive, but they could definitely speed up their email responses. Overall, I'm happy with the actual products though.
